The National Center for Youth Law (NCYL)

Pursuing Clark County Nevada to obey the law.  One of the issues that they have raised is Inadequate Legal Representation which is required by both Federal and Nevada Law.  They have complained to Nevada and filed a lawsuit.

The Supreme Court of Nevada  - Court Improvement Project

One of the goals of  Nevada’s Court Improvement Project (CIP) is " Improving the quality of representation of children by appointing a CASA, an independent guardian ad litem, and/or legal representative for every child in every case."  -  Strategic Plan July 2005 – September 2009. 

The Nevada CASA Organization

The Nevada CASA Organization is, among other things,  working on bringing CASA Programs to the rest of the Counties/Jurisdictions in Nevada.
